DANVILLE — William J. Kula
of Danville died July 17, 2010, at the age of 73.
An accomplished draftsman (retired), hunter and fisherman, he was a devoted outdoorsman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William A. and Mildred M. Kula.
He is survived by a sister, Nancy (Kula) and Ed Barnicott; children, Dana Kula,
Scott and Helen Kula, Denise (Kula) and John Merkling; and grandchildren, Anthony
and Deborah, Paige and Andrew Smithson and Aly Kula.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug. 14, at 10 a.m. at the Flowers-Snyder
Funeral Home, 619 E. High St., Mount Vernon, with the Rev. Father F. Richard
Snoke presiding. The family will receive friends following the service until
11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
