MOUNT VERNON — Brenda Lee Robinson, 54, of Mount Vernon passed away Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2010, at her home.

She was born Jan. 3, 1956, in Mount Vernon, a daughter of Lanore (Latham) Mick of Utica and the late Paul Izenberg. Brenda was a homemaker, and enjoyed gardening and cooking. Also, she loved to spend time with family and friends. She attended the Northside Church of Christ in Newark.

In addition to her mother, Brenda is survived by her daughter, Andrea Carol Stenger of Fredericktown; a special friend, Ed Horn of Mount Vernon; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to her father, Brenda was preceded in death by her stepfather, Ivan Mick.

The family will have a memorial service celebrating the life of Brenda on Friday, Aug. 13, at 11 a.m. at the Northside Church of Christ, 4427 Marion Road, Newark, with her uncle, Bruce Hissong officiating. Burial will be at a later date in South Lawn Cemetery in Utica. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the memorial service.
