REYNOLDSBURG — Michelle Ann “Shelli” Kazlausky, 57, of Reynoldsburg passed away suddenly Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010, while riding in the Pelotonia Bike Tour.

She was a loving mother, who enjoyed camping and was an avid biking enthusiast. She graduated from Mount Vernon High School, The Ohio State University, and was a medical technologist in the oncology lab at Ohio State University Hospital East.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Florence Richert; and son, Gregory McMahon.

She is survived by sons, Jeffrey McMahon and Caleb Kazlausky; brother, Bill Richert; sisters, Barbara (Jack) Koelbl, Becky (Bob) Brown, FL, twin sister, Patti (Neal) Byerly, Megan (Bart) McBane and Beth (Paul) Money, MO; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Her family will receive friends Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main St., Reynoldsburg. Her funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1051 S. Waggoner Road, Reynoldsburg; interment to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, 11539 National Road SW, Pataskala, OH.

Cyclists are invited to meet at the church and ride to Holy Cross Cemetery in honor of Shelli.
