MOUNT VERNON — Theodore D. Show, 66, of East Chestnut Street, Mount Vernon, passed away Monday, Sept. 13, 2010, at Knox Community Hospital.

He was born April 25, 1944, in Centerburg to the late William and Elizabeth (Swartwood) Show. Theodore was employed at Foote Foundry, United Precast, and Peck Janitorial at Kroger. He loved to spend time with his family and especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his significant other, Ruth Wyman; his daughter, Melissa Show; three grandsons; six stepgrandchildren; two brothers, Lloyd Show and Arvel Show; and a sister, Hilda Scott.

Besides his parents, Theodore was preceded in death by an infant son, Theodore William Floyd Show; and two sisters, Wilma Frost and Anna Watt.

There will be no calling hours. The family will observe a private graveside service at a later date.
