GROVE CITY — Mary Margaret Bernard, 88, of Grove City, formerly of Sunbury, died Sept. 24, 2010, at Riverside Hospital.
She was born Jan. 9, 1922, in Columbus to Frank and Anna (Roberts) Harbaugh. She was a member of St. John Neumann and Our Lady of Perpetual Help. She was a skilled seamstress, sewing her children’s clothes, dolls and wedding gowns; and made items for anyone in need.
Surviving are children, James J. Quigley of Phoenix, Ariz., Richard Morgan of Sunbury, Ralph “Mike” Morgan of Grove City, C. Patrick Morgan of Westerville, Teri Sprague of Ocala, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded by parents; husband, Charles “Fatso” Bernard; several brothers and sisters.
Call Monday, 4 to 7 p.m., at DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Sunbury. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, 11 a.m., at St. John Neumann Church, Sunbury. The Rev. David Sizemore as Celebrant.
