PORT ORANGE, Fla. — Kimberly K. Cooperrider, 51, formerly of Ohio, passed away Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, following an extended illness in Port Orange, Fla.
Kimberly was born Jan. 23, 1959, in Newark, Ohio, the daughter of Glenn Cooperrider and the late Helen (Tanner) Cooperrider. She was a 1977 graduate of Sheridan High School and had worked in the restaurant industry as both a waitress and restaurant manager at both Pizza Hut and McDonald’s.
She is survived by her father, Glenn (Lois) Cooperrider of Thornville; a daughter, Nicole Dziengelewski of Mount Vernon; a son, Brock Ross of Centerburg; a sister, Debra (Chris) Zang of Pickerington; a brother, Danny (Cathy) Cooperrider of Cross Lanes, W.Va.; four nieces; one nephew; and special friends, Larry Peck and their dog, Harley of Johnstown.
In addition to her mother, Kimberly was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents.
No calling hours will be observed. A memorial service will be Sunday, Oct. 3, at 2 p.m. at Good Hope Lutheran Church, 14767 Sand Rock Road, Glenford, Ohio 43739. A private burial will follow in Highland Cemetery, Glenford, Ohio.
