MARTINSBURG — A funeral service for Amanda “Amy” Raines Kinser, 34, of Martinsburg, will be held Thursday, Oct. 7, at 11 a.m. at Law-Baker Funeral Home with Pastor Walter Bruah officiating. Burial will follow in Homer Cemetery.

Amy died Oct. 3, 2010, at Knox Community Hospital, Mount Vernon. She was born Sept. 23, 1976, in Mount Vernon to Wayne and Debbie (Looker) Raines. She was a Utica EMS volunteer and a former Knox County deputy. Amy was a 1995 graduate of Northridge High School and she graduated from COTC with an associate degree in criminal justice.

She is survived by her husband, Paul A. Kinser, of Martinsburg; sons, Lane Scott Webster and Paul Keith Kinser, of the home; mother and father, Wayne and Debbie Raines of Johnstown; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Paul H. and Norma J. Kinser of Heath; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call Wednesday, Oct. 6, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica. Visit www.law-bakerfuneralhome.com to extend condolences to the family.
