LEXINGTON — Adam Richard Hayman, 30, of Lexington, formerly of Danville, died Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010, at his residence.

Adam was born Aug. 17, 1980, in Mount Vernon and was a graduate of Danville High School where he participated as No. 67 on the Danville Football team. His interests include NASCAR (his favorite No. 24), Derby Cars and Rodeo bull riding.

Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Christina and David Ihinger of Danville; father, Ricky Hayman of Columbus; son, Aaron Michael Hayman of Mount Vernon; the mother of his son, Megan Garee of Mount Vernon; grandparents, Tom Purdum of Mount Vernon, and Charles and Carolyn Bias of Fredericktown; brothers, Alex Bias of Bellville, Austin Bias of Danville and Kyle Hayman of Delaware; sisters, Michelle Ihinger of Fredericktown and Tina Ihinger of Danville; a niece being raised by Christina and David, Kathryn Carr; uncle, Robert (Pearl) Purdum; the man who was his stepfather for many years, Mark Bias of Lima; and his longtime friends, Jeremy, Jason, Willie, Toby and Shane.

Adam was preceded in death by grandparents, Patricia Purdum, Art and Polly Hayman; and his aunt, Cheryl Carr.

Private burial will be in Amity Cemetery. A gathering to celebrate the life of Adam Richard Hayman will be Friday beginning at 4 p.m. at his mother’s home at 24457 Orange Hill Road, Danville, OH 43014.
