ZANESVILLE — Donald Eugene Collins, 75, of Zanesville, died at 7:40 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010, at his residence.

He was born March 15, 1935, in Webster Springs, W.Va., a son of the late Everett and Alice (Threaner) Collins. He was a member and Deacon for 39 years at the Hillside Seventh-day Adventist Church and was a member of the Sunrise Senior Center. Donald enjoyed crossword puzzles.

Surviving are a sister, Georgina Richmond of New Philadelphia; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers; and six sisters.

Calling hours will begin at 10 a.m. until time of service at noon, Friday, Nov. 26, at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville, with Pastor S.T. Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Newcastle Cemetery, Newcastle Township, Coshocton County, Ohio.
