ST. LOUISVILLE — A funeral service for Theadora R. Lewis, 55, of St. Louisville, will be held Friday, Dec. 31, at 11 a.m. at Brucker-Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St., Newark, with Pastor Matthew Schwartz officiating. Burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, Utica.

Mrs. Lewis passed away Dec. 28, 2010, at her residence. She was born Dec. 27, 1955, to Theodore and Alliene (Exley) Thompson in Mansfield.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Tim Lewis Sr.; children, Tracy (David) Kegley, Michele (Keith) Wolfe, Tim Lewis, Mike (Janel) Lewis, Marilyn Lewis and Teri (Sam) Schwartz; 11 grandchildren; mother, Alliene Thompson; sisters, Nolene (Jim) Bremer, Colene (Dan) Sayers, Rachel (Bob) Howell, Bev (Bob) Kelley, Barby (Don) Travis and Debbie (Tim) Wilson; very special friend, John Lobser; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Thompson.

She was a member of the Church of God. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She lived her life to serve God.

The family will receive friends Thursday, Dec. 30, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Brucker-Kishler Funeral Home.
