MOUNT VERNON — Judith Lynn Llewellyn, 63, of Marcia Drive, Mount Vernon, passed away Saturday, Jan., 8, 2011, at her home.

She was born April 26, 1947, in Mount Vernon to the late Charles and Betty (Tieche) Breckler. Judith retired in 2005 after 25 years of employment with Cooper Energy Services. She was a member of Women of the Moose and AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary. Judith served as center manager for Junior Achievement in Mount Vernon. She will be sadly missed by many.

She is survived by a son, Richard Hiles Jr. of Ashland; two daughters, Tamera (Alan) Chalmers of Queensland, Australia, and Melissa Goeppinger of Mount Vernon; three grandchildren, Bethany Hiles, Megan Goeppinger and Joseph Shae; two great-grandchildren, Braxton Hiles and Bryson Newton; a brother, John (Frances) Breckler of Frazeysburg; three sisters, Jane Breckler of Chesapeake, Va., Joan (Jeff Anderton) Bell of Mount Vernon and Katie (Ron) Johnson of Chesapeake, Va.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Llewellyn; and the father of her children, Richard Hiles Sr.

Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home, 619 E. High St., Mount Vernon. The Women of the Moose will perform a service on Wednesday at 7 p.m. followed by a funeral service conducted by Mr. Ken Springer. A graveside service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in Mound View Cemetery.
