SUNBURY — Ronald E. “Ron” Yoder, 71, of Sunbury, died Jan. 31, 2011, at his residence.

He was born Nov. 7, 1939, in Bellefontaine to the late Harold Wayne Yoder and Dorothy Elizabeth (Baker) Fultz. He was a U.S. Army veteran; a retired sales representative; member and elder of the First Baptist Church, Sunbury.

Survived by daughter, Barbara Loman; grandchildren, Angela Calvert, Joshua Loman; two great-grandsons; sister, Sue Potts; brothers, Kenneth Yoder, Fred Yoder; half sister, Debra Miranda; half brothers, Jin Yoder, Tom Fultz, Jeff Fultz; grew up with stepsisters, Marcella, Jackie, Bonnie Lovly.

Preceded in death by infant daughter, Kathy Sue Yoder; stepbrothers, Darrell and Larry Lovly.

Call Monday, 10 a.m.-noon, at the First Baptist Church, 12250 N. Old 3C Highway, Sunbury, with the service at noon. Pastor Dan Brown officiating, with interment in Sunbury Memorial Park.
