SUNBURY — Genevieve Mitchell Oldham, 95, of Sunbury and Centerburg died Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, at home surrounded by her family.

She was born July 1, 1915, in Lucasville to the late John W. and Rousa (Canter) Gray. She retired from the State of Ohio Department of Taxation. A member of Sunbury Christian Church, she was an avid gardener.

Preceded in death by husbands, William Puzines and Ray Oldham; son, John “Jack” Puzines; daughter, Genie Rataiczak; brothers, Carl, Henry and Earl Mitchell; sister, Helen Osborne; a half brother; and half sister.

Survivors are a son, Michael Cline; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Sunbury. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in Trenton Cemetery with Pastor Lloyd Huffer II officiating.
