CHILLICOTHE — James Everett Miller, 65, of Chillicothe, died at 12:33 p.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2011, in the Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe.

He was born Oct. 10, 1945, in Mount Vernon, to the late James and Marjorie Hagans Miller.

Surviving are children, Tonya, Jamie, Rich, Carrie, Robin and Leah; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Lisa and Deborah; brothers, Billy, Kelly and Mark; and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Sharon.

James served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and was a commercial painter.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 10, at noon in Greenlawn Cemetery. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard. There will be no public calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the Ware Funeral Home, Chillicothe.
