SUNBURY — Hazel M. Fagan, 81, of Sunbury, died Saturday, March 12, 2011, at Riverside Hospital.

She was born March 6, 1930, in Columbus to the late Chester and Hazel (Daniels) Markham. She retired from Ranco, where she worked as an assembler.

She is survived by son, Chester (Lydia) Hickey; daughter, Deborah (Charles) Guiler; granddaughter, Dawn Armentrout; a great-grandson; brother, Chet (Juanita) Markham; sisters, Betty Flesch, Sara Saunders, Stella Icenhower; sisters-in-law, Harriett O’Farrell, JoEllen Hughes; nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by husband of 57 years, Robert; grandson, Chad Hickey; and sisters, Ruth Wheeland, Dean Collins and Mary Burns.

Friends may call today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Sunbury, where services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Brian Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Sunbury Memorial Park.
