BELLVILLE — Fred Junior Ocheltree, 74, died Saturday, March 19, 2011, in his Bellville home, surrounded by his family.
Born Nov. 12, 1936, in Sutton, W.Va., he worked as a mold setter with Therm-O-Disc in Mansfield, and retired with 30 years of service.
Survived by his wife, Ida Mae (Walker) Ocheltree; their sons, Stephen Ocheltree and Jeffrey Ocheltree; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; stepbrother, Eddie Linger; stepsister, Janet Alford; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Ocheltree; mother, Margaret (Hyer) Ocheltree Linger; stepfather, Ray Linger; granddaughter, Jenny Ocheltree; sister, Chelva Jean Troupe; brothers, Jackie, Donald and John Ocheltree.
Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Bellville Snyder Funeral Home, where funeral service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. Pastor Ken Kinley will officiate. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Park.
