ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Craig A. McMillan Sr., 56, of St. Clairsville, went to be with his Heavenly Father and Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, March 20, 2011.
He was born Jan. 16, 1955, to Robert and Vivian McMillan. Craig graduated in 1973 from Fredericktown High School and in 1992 from Mount Vernon Nazarene College. He pastored the Morristown, Lloydsville and Bannock United Methodist Churches and the Byhalia Evangelical Friends Church. He was very involved with Glory Ministries India, an orphanage in the Tribal Lands outside Tenali, India.
Besides his parents, Craig is survived by his wife of 33 years, Mary (Brown) McMillan; his son, Craig (Charity) Allan Jr. of Hicksville; daughters, Lisa (J.C.) Verardi of St. Clairsville and Rachel (Andrew) Hollingsworth of Carrollton, Texas; six grandchildren, Brandon, Nate, Anthony and Jonathan Verardi, Riley and Aiden McMillan of whom he was very proud and loved very much; and his brother, Wendell Brian McMillan of Columbus.
Friends may call Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Mount Vernon First Church of the Nazarene, with the service to follow at 11 a.m. The Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home is honored to have been chosen to serve the family of Craig A. McMillan Sr.
