RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. — Amy Moore Carver passed away March 14, 2011, at home in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., with her husband, Charles, at her side.
She was born March 5, 1963, in Mercy Hospital, Mount Vernon; graduated in 1981 from Northridge High School; and in 1985 from Muskingum College.
Survivors are her husband, Charles, of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; children, Geoffrey Lee, U.S. Navy, Cynthia Lee and Melissa Lee of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; parents, Marvin and Joan Moore of Mount Vernon; sister, Pam (Tim) Evans of Cincinnati; brother, Preston (Mary) Moore of Mount Vernon; husband’s parents, Marge and Frank Carver of San Jacinto, Calif.; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 2, at Community Baptist Church, 9090 19th Ave., Rancho Cucamonga (Alta Loma), Calif. A memorial service will be held in Mount Vernon at a later date.
