WARSAW — Lucille Mae Hoberg, 68, of 209 Mill St., Warsaw, passed away Friday, April 1, 2011, at the Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville.

She was born March 1, 1943, in Mount Vernon to the late Wilbur D. and Kathryn M. (Hupp) Shoults. She married W. Gary Hoberg on March 23, 1964, who preceded her in death on Nov. 21, 2007. She retired as a cook at Buehler’s. She loved to quilt, making many for family and putting many hours of love and hard work into each one. She also loved to read, cook and spend time with her family. She also loved her dogs, Emma, B.J. and Embry.

She is survived by three daughters, Mary (Randy) Bullock of Coshocton, Lisa (Harry) Anderegg of Uhrichsville and Michelle (Scott) Bullock of Coshocton; grandchildren, Rachell, Evan and Cassandra Bullock, Ryan Ruble, Paul and Gary Anderegg, Mallory (Nathan Modesitt) and Lucas Amore, and Sabra, Christopher and Zachary Bullock; a great-granddaughter, Aurora McConnell; an expected great-grandchild; four brothers, Wilbur (Shirley) Shoults Jr. of Warsaw, Dean (Sue) Shoults of Spring Mountain, Ernald (Sandy) Shoults of Bladensburg and Gary Shoults Sr. of West Lafayette; three sisters, Mary (Bob) Reed of Coshocton, Rose Manning of Coshocton and Deborah (Robert) Buker of Coshocton; four sisters-in-law, Betty Shoults of Zanesville, Audrey Shoults and Ester Shoults of Millersburg and Marcella Fisher of Dayton; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband; five brothers, Gerald, John, Edward, Gene and Ricky Dallas Shoults; three sisters, Bonnie (Cecil) Dailey, Shirley (Norman) Pelton and Ella Marie Shoults; and a sister-in-law, Freida Gephart.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 4, at 11 a.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Ron Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery near Bladensburg. Calling hours are Sunday, April 3, from 1 to 4 p.m. and one hour prior to service time on Monday.
