MANSFIELD — Mildred O. Archer, 95, of Mansfield passed away April 9, 2011, in Crystal Care Center.
\nShe was born Dec. 23, 1915, in Ashland County, the daughter of Harry and Mary (Morr) Rickett. On April 2, 1938, she married Ernest F. Archer, and the couple moved to Mansfield that year. Mildred worked at White Westinghouse for over 31 years, retiring in 1975.
\nSurviving are a sister, Gladys (Roger) Iceman of Ashland; many nieces and nephews, including two special nieces Sue Wolff of Butler and Janie McNeely of Lucas, as well as many great-nieces and nephews, including a special great-niece Michelle Weirich of Mansfield; and great-great-nieces and nephews.
\nDeceased are her husband (1975); four brothers, Wilson, George, Robert and Frank Rickett; and two sisters, Ida Austen and Lucille Foster.
