EUSTIS, Fla. — Thresha S. Khatib, 52, of Eustis, Fla., formerly of Sunbury, died Thursday, June 2, 2011, at the Florida Hospital Waterman in Tavares, Fla., following a two-month illness.

She was born April 13, 1959, in Columbus to Arnold and Kathleen (Clark) Bryant of Sunbury. After attending Big Walnut High School, she moved to Virginia and then to Florida in 2001. Forever a mother and homemaker, she treasured taking care of her family, especially her girls.

In addition to her parents, she is also survived by her husband, Robert; daughters, Jamie Bryant of Altoona, Fla., Kassandra Khatib of Eustis, Fla.; brothers, Mike and Arnold Bryant Jr., both of Sunbury; and her sister-in-law, whom she considered her sister, Rhonda Bryant.

Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Sunbury, where services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Galena Cemetery. Condolences at http://www.snyderfuneralhomes.com.
