MANSFIELD — Nadine C. Burnette, 89, of Mansfield died Friday, June 17, 2011, in Lexington Court Care Center following a brief illness.

Nadine was born Nov. 7, 1921, in Bloomdale to Royal and Anna (Ryder) Dysinger. On April 21, 1948, she married Charles Burnette. Nadine worked at Therm-O-Disc, and retired after 50 years.

Survived by four daughters, Jerilyn (Tom) Ute, Charlene (Vern) Holmes, Diana (Casey) Carroll and Francine “Fran” (Jake) Dowdy; 13 grandchildren; one adopted grandson; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and extended family.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Burnette; daughter, Connie Secrist; infant grandson; and five brothers and sisters.

Family will receive friends today from 4-7 p.m. in the Bellville Snyder Funeral Home, where her funeral will begin at 7 p.m., immediately following calling hours. Interment will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
