MOUNT VERNON — Christine A. Koth-Duncan, 56, of Tennessee, passed away June 28, 2011.
She was born Aug. 3, 1954, in Marietta, Ohio, to the late Darrell and Clare (Jurden) King. Christine was a registered nurse in the Oncology Unit at Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark.
She is survived by her son, Matt (Michelle) Koth of Sevierville, Tenn.; her daughter, Michele (James Dixon Sr.) Koth of Dayton; grandchildren, Taylor, Levi, Wyatt Koth and James Dixon; sisters, Karen (Steve) Cooperrider and Kim (Richard) Biddle, both of Thornville, Kathy Eisert of Heath and Sheryl (Larry) Day of Columbus; a brother, Greg (Chris) King of Utica; numerous nieces and nephews; and her dog, Shelby.
Friends may call today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Dilley-Lasater Funeral Home, 212 N. Main St., Mount Vernon. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 2, at 10 a.m. at 9475 Hazel Dell Road, Howard, with Pastor Jeff Smith officiating.
