HOWARD — Karen Louise Brady, 67, of Howard, passed away unexpectedly July 4, 2011, at Knox Community Hospital.

She was born Nov. 20, 1942, in Piqua to the late Norman and Pauline (Beck) Zimmerman. Karen was a member of the Westgate United Methodist Church in Columbus.

She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Paul R. Brady; a daughter, Felicia Michelle (Brian) White of Westerville; stepdaughters, Denise Marlene (John) Randall of Grove City and Diana Lynn Compton of Columbus; a brother, the Rev. Norman D. Zimmerman of Canada; two grandsons, Joshua Lee Pancake and Jarrod Austin White; six stepgrandchildren, Steven Robert Schultz, Shawn Allen Schultz, Michael Paul Schultz, Joshua Brian White, Justin Michael White and Christina Compton; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Karen was preceded in death by her son, Brett David Wallace; sister, Floretta Joy Zimmerman-Baker; and a step greatgranddaughter, Shyanne Elizabeth White.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 11, at 11 a.m. at Dilley-Lasater Funeral Home, 212 N. Main St., Mount Vernon. Friends may call one hour prior to services on Monday at the funeral home.
