FRUITLAND PARK, Fla. — Richard Eugene “Dick” Bair, 85, of Fruitland Park, Fla., died Sunday, July 17, 2011.

Born in Mount Vernon, Ohio, he moved to Leesburg in 1951. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was president and director of W.B.B. Development Inc. He was executive vice president of Mason’s Concrete of Leesburg and Crystal River, Cummer Inc. of Ocala, Atlas Concrete and Lynne Precast for 26 years. He was a 50-year member of the Masonic Mount Zion Lodge No. 9 in Mount Vernon.

Survived by his wife, Molly W. Bair; sons, Craig A. Bair of Sanford, Fla., and R. Stanley Bair of Fruitland Park, Fla.; daughter, B. Diane Hall of Orlando, Fla.; brother, Ross A. Bair of Andrews, N.C.; sister, Margene Weber of Oceanside, Calif.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 24, at 3 p.m. at New Life Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dan Baumann officiating.
