HOWARD — Bonnie S. Groseclose, 46, of Howard, passed away Sunday morning, Oct. 2, 2011, at her home.
She was born Oct. 2, 1965, in Kenton, daughter of Shirley (Perssinger) Scheitler of Marion and Roy (Jayne) Scheitler of Millersburg. Bonnie enjoyed being an artist and a mother to anyone who may have needed it. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, friend and confidante to everyone that knew her.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie is survived by her husband, John Groseclose, whom she married on Jan. 23, 2005; a son, Daniel (Katrina) Rousseau of Frazeysburg; a stepson, Marty Groseclose of Portsmouth, Va.; stepdaughter, Patty Lee (Sean) Kuntz of Howard; four grandchildren; a brother, Mark (Candy) Scheitler of Marion; and sisters, Dorothy (Patrick) Flanagan and Lisa (Chris) Conley of Marion, and Jennifer Scheitler of Butler.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct. 5, from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home, 619 E. High St., Mount Vernon, where a funeral service will be held Thursday, Oct. 6, at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery near Danville.
