LEXINGTON — Nancy Dwyer died Nov. 3, 2011, in Hospice House.
Nancy was born Nov. 10, 1946, in Chicago, Ill., to Jack and Evelyn (Justin) Hart. After her father’s untimely death, she was raised from the age of 3 by her mother and Jerome Steinbach. On Aug. 26, 1967, she married Michael Dwyer, with whom she celebrated their 44th anniversary this past fall.
Surviving are husband, Michael Dwyer; four children, Ann Strickler Jr., Jack Dwyer, Michael Dwyer and Joseph Dwyer; five grandchildren; a great-grandson; her mother, Evelyn Steinbach; brothers, John Steinbach, Jim Steinbach; her sister, Ann Brown; and a very close sister-in-law, Mary Powers. Preceded in death by her fathers.
Friends may call Nov. 7, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home, where the vigil service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be offered Nov. 8 at 10:30 a.m. in Resurrection Parish. The Very Rev. Father Nelson Beaver will officiate.
