CENTERBURG John Ellsworth Barrick, 85, of Centerburg, passed away Wednesday, Nov.23, 2011, at Licking Memorial Hospital.
MANSFIELD Reta J. Barzanti, 81, of Mansfield, passed away Nov. 23, 2011, in MedCentral Mansfield Hospital.
LOUDONVILLE Irene M. Wells Bemiller, 89, of Loudonville, died Friday, Nov. 25, 2011, in Colonial Manor Health Care Center, Loudonville, following an extended illness. Mrs. Bemiller was born June 10, 1922, in Knox County and was the daughter of the late Charles and Daisy (Wells) Davis. She was a 1940 graduate of Danville High School and had lived in Loudonville most of her life. Irene had been a clerk with the former Big Plus Store in Loudonville and the former Schecks IGA of Loudonville. She was a charter member of the Loudonville Church of the Nazarene. On June 12, 1941, she married Leonard Wells, who died Feb. 15, 1982, and on Oct. 18, 1992 she married Brice Bemiller, who died Dec. 17, 2000.
FREDERICKTOWN Kelly L. Keener, 50, of Fredericktown, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, at Knox Community Hospital after a relatively short battle with bone cancer.
Brinkhaven Fern Janet (Gann) Leach, 87, of Brinkhaven, died Thursday Nov. 24, 2011, at the Knox Community Hospital.
CENTERBURG Barbara Jean Linkous, 76, of Centerburg, died Thursday afternoon Nov. 24, 2011, at Heartland of Centerburg surrounded by her daughters.
FREDERICKTOWN Ronald E. Mattson, 63, of Lucerne Road, Fredericktown, passed away Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
NEWBERG, Ore. Ellen Gerda Sauder passed away peacefully in Newberg, Ore., on Nov. 18, 2011. A resident of Ohio for over 30 years, she moved to Oregon in 2004.
