MOUNT VERNON — Dustin Lee Delgouffre, 26, of East Vine Street, Mount Vernon, passed away unexpectedly Friday, Dec. 30, 2011, at his residence. He was born Nov. 4, 1985, in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Dustin was a 2004 graduate from Mount Vernon High School and held a degree in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix. He was employed as a data specialist by CenturyLink in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

Dustin enjoyed music, fishing, golfing, concerts and attending sporting events with family and friends. He followed the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. Dustin was an avid baseball fan who loved the Cleveland Indians. His ever-present smile, gentleness and wit will never be forgotten.

He is survived by his mother, Jill (Brannon) Powell; his father, Blake (Lauri Twigg Lange) Delgouffre; maternal grandparents, Sally (Adrean) Weller and Jerry (Bonnie) Brannon; paternal grandparents, Madeliene (Sleeman) Delgouffre and George (Sandy) Delgouffre; aunts and uncles, Bart (Brandie) Brannon, Jan (Jim) Wasiluk, Jackie Brannon Zermeno and Blaine Delgouffre; great-uncles, Lew, Bob, Dick and Don Sleeman; and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal step grandfather, John Andrew Weller; and paternal great grandmother, Mary (Noonie) Whisman.

Friends may call Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home, 619 E. High St., Mount Vernon, OH 43050. The family will observe a private graveside service in Millwood Cemetery with Rev. Joe Noonen officiating.
