NEWARK — A memorial service for Vera Louise Graham, 94, of Newark, will be held Wednesday, Jan. 4, at 2 p.m. at the Heath Church of Christ, 1331 Chapel Way, Heath, with her niece, the Rev. Sandra Rockwell, officiating. Inurnment will take place in Wilson Cemetery at a later date. Mrs. Graham passed away Sunday afternoon, Jan. 1, 2012, in the emergency room at Licking Memorial Hospital.

Born Sept. 1, 1917, in Zanesville, she was a daughter of the late Jesse and Effie (Sines) Crawmer. She had worked at the Roper Stove Co. and retired from Faultless Golf in 1962 after 26 years service. Mrs. Graham was a member of the Heath Church of Christ.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews, including, Lori Passman Bishop of Newark, Vicki (Dean) Higgins of Centerburg, Bob Passman of North Carolina, Rev. Sandra Rockwell of Zanesville, Barb Gordon of Newark, Tauni Graham of Newark, Holly Howard of Pickerington; and several great-nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her husband of 53 years, N. Wayne Graham, on Oct. 14, 1999; three brothers, Kenneth, Donald and Jack Crawmer; three sisters-in-law, Betty Passman, Ruth Popham and Mary Lou Graham; and a brother-in-law, Earl Graham.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Heath Church of Christ Landmark Fund, 1331 Chapel Way, Heath, OH 43056; or the Heath Fire Department, 193 Heath Road, Heath, OH 43056.

The Brucker-Kishler Funeral Home is assisting the family.
