MANSFIELD — Faythe J. Handwork, 83, of Mansfield, passed away Feb. 11, 2012, in her home.

She was born Feb. 17, 1928, in Mansfield, daughter of Harold A. and Vera (Crunkilton) Richert. Faythe worked in the office of Dominion Electric, Essex Wire and Hamilton Controls. She recently worked for Western Inventory until the age of 77.

Surviving are son, Keith (Dawn) Handwork; four grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several stepgreat-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Gail Handwork; a sister, Lois McCready.

Along with her parents, deceased are husband, Paul L. Handwork, in 2011; son, Greg Handwork; sister, Rita Callahan; brothers-in-law, Don McCready and Don Handwork; sister-in-law, Nora Handwork.

Visitation will be Tuesday, 4 to 7 p.m., Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home, where the funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. The Rev. Jonathan Steingass will officiate. Burial in Oak Grove Memorial Park. For full obituary visit http://www.snyderfuneralhomes.com.
