HOWARD — Marko Anic, 64, of Country Club Drive, Howard, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, at his home.

He was born Oct. 12, 1947, in Croatia, to the late Ivan and Vica (Vukalic) Anic. Marko served one year in the Croatian Army. He retired in 2006 after 35 years of employment with Fluid Line Products in Willoughby, Ohio. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Stana (Zrilic) Anic; a daughter, Sanja (Mikel) Zoeller of Howard; a son, Allen (Kim) Anic of Grove City; two grandchildren, Mikel Zoeller III and Savanna Zoeller; four brothers; and a sister.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister.

The family will observe a private service at a later date. The Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home of Mount Vernon is honored to serve the family of Marko Anic.
