ST. LOUISVILLE — Calling hours for Ronald LeRoy Ankrom, 69, of St. Louisville, will be held Friday from 10 a.m. to noon at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica, where the service will be at noon, with the Rev. Stephen A. Metzger as celebrant. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Mount Vernon.

Ron died April 1, 2012, at Licking Memorial Hospital, Newark. He was born Aug. 16, 1942, in Columbus to the late Leroy Ankrom. Ron was a retired meat manager for Big Bear.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Virginia L. (Conkling) Ankrom; son, Jeff Ankrom; daughter, Jennifer Ankrom; grandchildren, Andrew, Brandon, Mackenzie, Tateum and Taylor; brother, Richard Ankrom; sister, Judy Evans.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Ables.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to any area food pantry.
