ZANESVILLE — Maddison Lynn Berry, 4-month-old daughter of Aaron and Angela Moore Berry of Zanesville, became an Angel on April 19, 2012, at Genesis Bethesda Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sisters, Cali and Kerrington Berry; grandparents, Jean (Roger) Tinon of Zanesville and Jeff (Annette) Berry of Mount Vernon; great-grandfather, Ruben (Faye) Stewart of Zanesville; aunts and uncles, Damon (Crystal) Berry and Adam (Marsha) Bailey; cousins, Mason, Chloe, Raegan, Carter and Claire.
Funeral service was April 23 in the chapel of Snouffer Funeral Home, 1150 W. Military Road, Zanesville, with Pastor Gary Bennett officiating. Burial followed in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
