MANSFIELD — Katharine “Katy” (Ault) Phillips, 30, died April 24, 2012, at her home in Holland, Ohio.
Katy was born April 8, 1982, in Mansfield. She was a 2000 graduate of Lexington High School, a 2004 graduate of University of Toledo, 2006 graduate of Medical University of Ohio.
Surviving are husband, Jason Phillips; mother and stepfather, Linda and Mark Reisdorf; father and stepmother, Judge Jerry and Brenda Ault; sister, Emily Turlo; stepbrothers, Stephen and Spencer Parker, Christopher and Craig Reisdorf; three nephews and maternal grandmother, Dorothy Roberts.
Preceded by grandparents, James B. Roberts and Howard and Margaret Ault; an aunt, Sandra Byers.
Visitation is today, noon-4 p.m., Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave., Toledo, with memorial service at 4 p.m. Visitation continues Sunday, 1-5 p.m., Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home, with memorial service at 5 p.m.
