GALENA — Dale D. Carpenter, 62, of Galena, died June 10, 2012, at his residence.
He was born on Feb. 18, 1950, in Columbus to the late Franklin DeWitt and Jean Alice (Bard) Carpenter. He was most recently the North American Regional Manager for Liebert Corp. He was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
Surviving are his daughter, Kelly (Paul Jr.) Nicholson of Columbus; sons, Ryan (Jolyn) of Newark, Chris of Apple Valley; four grandchildren; half brother, Jeff (Lyn) Dauphin of Michigan; companion, Bonnie Guckeyson of Westerville; special longtime friend, Debbie Carpenter of Apple Valley.
Friends may call Thursday, 4-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:45 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Sunbury. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 10 a.m. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 9633 E. State Route 37, Sunbury, with the Rev. Father David Sizemore celebrant. Inurnment will follow in the Trenton Cemetery.
