ASHLEY — Phyllis Jean Lusher, 77, of Ashley, died June 17, 2012, Riverside Methodist Hospital.
She was born July 1, 1934, in Huntington, W.Va., to the late William F. and Virginia Mae Gallagher. An Ashley resident since 1968, she was a retired housekeeper. She lived with her son, Edward “Willie,” where they enjoyed fishing, going to yard sales and flea markets.
Survived by sons, Dennis (Mary Lou) Johnson, James (Connie) Johnson, Robert “Mike” (Melody) Lusher, Edward “Willy” Lusher, Kenny (Mechelle) Lusher and Dewayne (Penny) Lusher; two daughters, Darlene Hauck and Diana (Scott) Converse; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Preceded by parents; and husband, Lloyd Lusher.
Visitation will be Friday, from 4 to 8 p.m., Westfield Community Church, 880 County Road 21, Ashley, where funeral service will be Saturday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. C. Dwight Cimino officiating. Burial in Westfield Cemetery.
