SPARTA — Jeremy Lee Ammons, 36, died June 25, 2012, in OSU Medical Center following an accident.
Born April 14, 1976, in Mansfield, to Gregg Ammons and Julie Cockley. He owned Elite Outdoors Construction Co., and served as assistant head coach to the Highland High School wrestling teams.
Survivors include fiancee, Tiffany Futch; son, Aidan; adopted children, Cierra Ammons and Jordan (Keri) Ammons; granddaughter; father and stepmother, Gregg (Brenda) Ammons; mother, Julie Cockley; paternal grandmother, Wilma Ammons; maternal grandmother, Beverly Wilcox; sisters, Ashley Ammons, Kelley Ammons, Lara (Jeff) Foreman.
Preceded by maternal grandfather, Robert Wilcox; paternal grandfather, Richard Ammons; cousin, Landen Burkepile.
Visitation is Friday, 4-8 p.m., Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home, where funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial in Mansfield Memorial Park.
