WALHONDING — Mark A. Runyon, 28, of Dennis Church Road, Walhonding, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012, at the Grant Medical Center in Columbus, following a motorcycle accident.

He was born Nov. 12, 1983, in Mount Vernon, to Mark D. Runyon and Anita (Conkle) Muncie. He was a 2001 graduate of East Knox High School. Mark enjoyed hanging out with his friends, playing guitar and drawing. He also enjoyed the time he spent riding his motorcycle. But most of all Mark loved being with his family.

He is survived by his mother, Anita (Jeff) Muncie of Walhonding; his brothers, Dustin Runyon of Mount Vernon, Nick Muncie of Johnstown, Cody (Codi) Muncie of Mount Vernon; his sister, Raquel Muncie of Howard; his aunt, Becky Conkle of Howard; and his grandparents, Bob Conkle of Logan, Jerry and JoAnn Muncie of Johnstown, and Glenda Runyon of Kentucky.

Mark was preceded in death by his father, Mark D. Runyon; and his grandmother, Janet Conkle.

A celebration of life service will be held at the family home (30448 Dennis Church Road, Walhonding, OH 43843) on Saturday beginning at 2 p.m.
