MOUNT PLYMOUTH, Fla. — Diana S. (Bryant) Welch, 62, of Mount Plymouth, Flo., passed away July 31, 2012.

She was born to Alice Kaser Bryant and Eugene Bryant in Mount Vernon, Ohio, on May 1, 1950. She married her lifelong love and devoted husband, Keith E. Welch in April 1966. In 1977, she moved to Apopka, Fla., where she raised her family. She loved growing and nurturing plants, and was the proud owner of 3 J’s Landscape Nursery in Apopka. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was also an advocate for animals and was involved in saving endangered animals through the National Wildlife Federation. She was an avid movie collector and made awesome Christmas cookies.

She is survived by husband, Keith; daughters, Christine Nielsen of Lexington, Ky., Wendy Fleming of Apopka, Fla.; four grandchildren, her J’s, Joel and Jackson Fleming, and Joshua and Jordon Nielsen; her mother, Alice Gray of Mount Vernon; and brother, Lloyd Bryant of Howard.
