MOUNT VERNON — Cynthia Melody Bibby, 55, of Mount Vernon passed away at her home after an illness on Sept. 29, 2012.
She was born Aug. 3, 1957, in Brunswick, Ohio, to Donald G. and Phyllis (Moore) Bibby of Mount Vernon. Her family moved to Mount Vernon in 1970 and Cindy worked at Jeld-Wen for 14 years. In addition to her parents, Cindy is survived by her brothers, Tyrone and Donald M. Bibby of Mount Vernon; her sister, Janet Pelton of Mount Vernon; 5 nieces, 3 nephews, and 8 great-nephews and nieces. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home, 619 E. High St., Mount Vernon, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, with Dan Pelton and Fawn Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in Mound View Cemetery.
