MANSFIELD — Constance Jo Cieslak, 63, of Mansfield, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, in the home of her daughter in Hanover, Pa.

She was born April 10, 1949, in Mount Vernon, daughter of Nellie (Griggs) Smith of Mount Vernon and the late Donald Smith.

Constance was a 1967 graduate of Mount Vernon High School and worked for Mickies Creative Options.

In addition to her mother, Constance is survived by her husband, Edmund Cieslak; children, Donna (Edward) Guttieriez of San Antonio, Texas, Candice Baker of Hanover, Pa., Donald (Gina) Horn Jr. of Sparta, Laura Horn and Karen (Paul) Oliver, both of Mount Vernon; 12 grandchildren; a great-grandson; a sister, Carolyn (Gary) McKelvey of Glenmont; a brother, George (Karen) Smith of Mount Vernon; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Smith.

Constance was preceded in death by her father; son, William Gene Horn; daughter, Janet Horn; and brother, Donald Smith II.

A funeral service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, where friends may call one hour prior. Burial will follow in Mound View Cemetery.
