GAYSPORT — Rebecca Lee Adams Lane, 73, of Gaysport, passed away at Good Samaritan Emergency Room Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 10:11 a.m.

She was born June 6, 1939, in Mount Vernon to the late Stephen Orange and the late Dorothy J. (Wolford) Rogers.

Rebecca was Catholic by faith and a member of the Health Eagles 3723, serving as past Madam President.

She is survived by her son, William A. Adams of Blue Rock; four brothers, Douglas Rogers of Columbus, Homer Rodgers of Mount Liberty, John S. Orange of Michigan and Richard Orange of Fredericktown; seven grandchildren; and serveral great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Authur A. Adams, passing in 1971; her second husband, Bermard Keith Lane, passing Nov. 4, 2004; sons, Roger K. Adams, Aug. 16, 2012, and Daniel A. Adams, Feb. 14, 2013; a daughter, Charlotte L Adams, Sept. 3, 2001; a stepdaughter, Janet Adams Craig, Feb. 16, 2006.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today, at Farus Funeral Home in Duncan Falls.
