MOUNT VERNON — Julie A. Jones, 45, of North Division Street, Mount Vernon, passed away Monday, April 15, 2013, at the University Hospital East in Columbus.

She was born Jan. 28, 1968, in Mount Vernon, to the late Jack and Gloria (Cope) White. Julie attended the Amity United Methodist Church. She enjoyed attending every one of her children’s ballgames and was very loyal to her family. She was known to be a mother figure to everyone and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by two daughters, Monyca Jones of Mount Vernon, Kyrsten (David) Traywick of Mount Vernon; three sons, Bolten, Kashton and Hunter Jones, all of Mount Vernon; her granddaughter, Zophia Traywick; three brothers, Bill (Chris) White of Granville, Keith (Debbie) White of Gambier, John Cope of Florida; two sisters, Nicole (Earl) Stelzer of Fredericktown, Becky (David) Cope of Florida; her stepmother, Gina White of Fredericktown; and canine companions, Izzy and Lucy.

There will be no calling hours. The family will announce memorial service details at a later date.
