NEWARK — Dianne M. (Weber) Bradford, 57, of Newark, passed away Monday, April 7, 2014, at the Selma Markowitz Care Center in Newark. She was born Nov. 22, 1956, in Mount Vernon, daughter of Richard and Helen (James) Weber. Dianne worked as a server at several area restaurants including currently at Max & Erma’s on Broad Street, formerly at Olde Summit Towne, and several area Bob Evans restaurants.
Dianne was an active member of the Lakewood Band Boosters, ran the doughnut booth at the Millersport Sweet Corn Festival for several years; and enjoyed her time as a “Track Mom” at Lakewood High School and Wittenberg University. She was active in Licking County Farm Bureau and attended many State Farm Bureau events. She also loved to read and travel. Her favorite travel destination was Ohau, Hawaii, or anywhere with Brittany and Paul.
She is survived by her loving family, daughter, Brittany Bradford; significant other, Paul Davidson; brother, Jim Weber; nephew, Patrick Weber; aunts, Helen Brown and Evelyn Weber; as well as numerous cousins.
A funeral service, celebrating Dianne’s life, will be held Friday, at 11 a.m., in the Newark home of Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor Brian Harkness officiating. Burial will follow in Millersport Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday, from 4-8 p.m., and again Friday, one hour prior to services from 10-11 a.m.
