Report of babies born at hospitals other than Knox Community Hospital must be submitted in writing. Include parents’ names, address, age, baby’s sex, and date and place of birth. If either parent is under the age of 18, the signature of a parent or guardian is necessary for each of the baby’s underage parents.

What is judge Eyster doing? A credit card thief, a bad father, and a guy with a biting fetish all get jail or prison time. But, the drug task force takes down a pot farmer and drug dealer and the guys sentence is to get a “real job”?? Does anyone else see a problem with this? A big percentage of all the crime in Knox County is drug related. Judge Eysters precedent has me thinking that ill think twice before I bite someone in a fight. But if I decide I want some extra easy cash, a pot farm won’t get me in as much trouble as that biter sitting in cell block 9. Is anyone else disappointed in our judge? How about the prosecutor? Drugs are killing our community, But biters are filling our cells.How shameful.
